Summary: The least advised threesome in the history of ever: how it was arranged.
Notes: Not actually the threesome.
It had not been anyone’s idea originally. Had the idea been presented to them when they were calm, all three would have recognized it for what it was: incredibly stupid and doomed to failure.
No, what had happened in the start was another game of tug-of-war over Koichi, almost literally. Yukako would kiss him, to be interrupted with Rohan tugging on his jacket to ask for his opinion on some art, only for Yukako to drape herself over him in a way too distracting for him to form much of a coherent opinion, Rohan would at this point break out Heaven’s Door, and this process repeated many times.
Nothing Koichi said seemed to get through to them, even when he stomped on Rohan’s foot for using his Stand. He was looking for an opportune moment to just flee towards home when Rohan pulled him out of a kiss with Yukako to kiss him instead, and all thoughts of fleeing were made impossible.
Rohan had kissed him before, but not in front of Yukako. Koichi had thought he didn’t have a death wish, and was forced to shed that assumption.
Yukako’s hair rose in the air around her before settling down, like it usually did when she was forcing herself to stay calm. “I’m much better at kissing than that,” she said, glaring at Rohan as he pulled away.
“Are you?” Rohan asked, a smirk on his face. “Koichi, what do you think? Which of us is better?”
...They were not bad kissers. Definitely, one was not so much better than the other that he didn’t have to think about it, and by the time he came up with some kind of answer Yukako was already incensed to anger. “You’re shut up in your house all the time and don’t even talk to other people when you go out! There’s no way you could have the skill to be good enough for Koichi!”
Koichi tried to interject. “Um, Yukako-”
“I have enough experience and enough talent to be superior to you. In every way,” said Rohan. “You might as well just give up now.”
“Rohan, please don’t-”
“How dare you?!” Yukako closed the distance between her and Koichi in one instant and poured out her aggression and energy into a deep kiss that sent Koichi’s head spinning.
Rohan let her continue until she broke from Koichi herself to glare in his direction, before he yanked Koichi toward him and gave him another kiss with scarcely any time to breathe in between. He might have lacked Yukako’s pure rage, but that didn’t hurt his kiss any.
He only stopped when Koichi pushed on his chest a few times, finally pulling away to give Yukako a smug look while Koichi took in a few deep breaths.
Yukako moved to pull him toward her again-
“Stop!”
-and stopped in her tracks. “Yes, Koichi?”
“You are both good kissers.” Koichi folded his arms across his chest. “You’re not going to accomplish anything by this except maybe making me pass out. I’m not going to choose between you based on how well you kiss, so you can stop now.”
Rohan paused to consider. “But I was enjoying that.”
“I wasn’t.” At Rohan’s raised eyebrow, Koichi relented, “Maybe only a little. But it’s not as fun as it looks, having people you like fight over you.”
“You said ‘how well you kiss’ but that doesn’t rule out a number of other things.” Rohan glanced toward Yukako. “You understand my meaning, right?”
She shook her head. “There are some things you can do that I can’t, it wouldn’t be a fair competition.”
“Oh, they have toys for that,” said Rohan. “I’d be happy to purchase some to ensure an equal playing field.”
As Yukako looked thoughtful, Koichi wasn’t sure whether he should turn red or white. “Are you… serious…?”
“I accept the challenge- if Koichi’s alright with it,” Yukako added, not quite quickly enough to sound natural.
Koichi sighed deeply. “Fine. But only once, and you can never bring up this subject after this. I can handle this if it’ll keep you from arguing about it again.”
“Oh, I’m sure you’ll handle it very well. My house at eight tonight?” Rohan asked, smiling. “I’ll handle all the equipment. Failure to show will be counted as a forfeit.”
“I’ll be there,” Yukako replied, also smiling.
“...I guess I’d better show or you might have to sleep with each other instead.”
