This is what Dahn knows for sure about Louis Cyphre: nothing.
Louis, on the other hand, seems to know everything. How to help him out of the jam he's in, mythology, and the whole mess with the Mushibito, the Tento, and the Tsukigata. Normally Dahn would examine this a little closer. He's not dumb. You see a few young assassins who are dumb, but you never see any old ones.
But the situation he's in, that's not a normal situation. He can't afford to look a gift horse in the mouth right now. Not if he wants to rescue Akane. Now's not the time for thinking and deliberating when her wedding day is approaching fast.
Now is the time for action, and the day of King Abaddon will soon arrive.
