Summary: An agent-turned-librarian visits Fragment of the Universe and teaches it a little more about humans.
Notes: Part of "these eldritch horrors are beyond YOUR comprehension. i get them though."
"Hey boss, I'm gonna visit Fragment of the Universe for a bit, okay?" Evangeline asks. Not because she expects her Patron Librarian to care about how she spends her free time, but because she doesn't want him to get in trouble with Angela.
Netzach, halfway through a bottle of booze, gives her a thumbs up.
Satisfied that she's done her due diligence, Evangeline ducks into the Abnormality's book. The change in surroundings is always a little disorienting for a second, the lights of the library giving way to the book's dark crayon background.
"Hey, Fragment! Have you been good?"
Fragment of the Universe's flower perks up a little as she approaches. "Human. Come. Learn. Song?"
"Not this time, sorry. I think your song's still a little too hard for me right now." She thinks she might already have gone insane, back in Lobotomy Corporation, but not quite the right kind of insane to understand Fragment's meaning. Oh well.
The flower bobs in the imitation of a nod. "I. See. Human. Happy."
"Of course I'm happy to visit you again." Evangeline reaches out and pets the Abnormality gently. Its body is soft, though slightly waxy. "Do you want to learn more things about humans today?"
"I. Learn. Human. Teach." It rubs up against her hand with a distinctly pleased hum.
This is definitely the best part about being able to work together with the Abnormalities and no longer fearing that they might kill you or your coworkers. For someone like Evangeline, who's always been more attached to the entities they worked with than her fellow humans, it's a dream come true.
"Well, do you remember what we talked about last time, about what humans do when they really like each other?" she asks, giving it a scritch.
"Remember. 'Kiss'. No. Mouth." Fragment droops slightly.
"Yeah, that one might be a little hard for you to do. It's good to know what it means if someone kisses you, though." She presses her lips to its flower, the closest thing it has to a head, then draws back a little. "But I've been thinking, and the things that humans do when they like each other even more than that, you might be able to do some of."
"Want. Learn. Make. Happy," it says, without having to stop to think about it.
Well, here goes nothing. Evangeline steps back and starts unbuttoning her shirt, before letting it drop to the floor. She's gone braless for the occasion. "Humans who like each other a lot like to touch each other's chests. Gently."
Sure enough, one tentacle comes up to brush against her breast, a tentative touch. It feels nothing like her own hand, but it's too warm to be anything but another living being.
She lets out a soft sigh. "Yeah, just like that. You shouldn't do this with anyone unless they invite you to first, by the way. It's rude." Not that she expects a lot of other people to come visit the Abnormalities, but if she's going to seduce a cryptid she should at least be responsible about it.
"Will. Remember." Fragment drags its tentacle over different spots on her chest. When it brushes a nipple, she moans, and it pauses. "Bad?'
"No, that's a good sound. It means it felt really nice - ohhh..." Emboldened, it brings up another tentacle to touch both of her breasts at once, stroking and rubbing. Now that it knows what sounds from her to listen for, it goes at its task with gusto, drawing more gasps and whimpers.
This was such a good idea, and if she had infinite time in here she'd spend much longer on this stage. Unfortunately, as far as she knows the books don't work like that, so she has to move on. "There's - there's one more place that humans really, really like to be touched." She tugs her skirt down her legs, followed shortly by her underwear, and takes one tentacle in hand to guide it to where she wants it most.
The tentacle slips inside her easily. Far more flexible than a human body, it follows every contour of her walls as it slides deep inside her.
"Fffuck, that feels good… Move it in and out a little - just like that, god." Fragment follows her instructions, fucking her at a steady pace. Pleasure floods through her body, making her legs quiver and forcing her to lean on Fragment for support.
"Human. Happy. I. Happy." Its other tentacle continues rubbing at her chest, sensation surrounding her from two sides. It's able to touch deeper parts of her than she could ever reach on her own, sparking nerves that have never been used before.
"The moment its tentacles penetrate you, it'll drain all the interest for the life you're currently living out of you." One of her coworkers said something like that once. She's sure this isn't what they meant, but at the same time, it's not like they'd be wrong.
She reaches down to rub her clit (humans have enough trouble finding it, she's not going to explain it to an eldritch being) and grows louder and louder as she works herself up. Climax, when it comes, is as sharp and intense as a note from Fragment of the Universe's song.
It takes her a minute to tug Fragment's tentacle out of her, and once she does she settles on the floor until her legs decide they want to support her again. "That was wonderful. Is there anything I can do to make you feel good?"
"I. Think. Time. Wait." It curls a tentacle against her lips, the closest imitation of a kiss it can manage.
"Next time, then. I'm looking forward to it." After taking a minute to get her shirt and skirt back on, she exits the book and finds herself back in the library.
Netzach is still there, and still drinking. "Did you go crazy?" he asks, bluntly.
"I don't think so." Not crazier than usual. Humming cheerfully, she turns to go.
"Evangeline."
"Yes, boss?"
"Is that your underwear on the floor?"
Bright red, Evangeline scoops her underwear up and stuffs it into her pocket, mumbles a "sorry," and rushes out the door.
Netzach watches her leave, then drains the rest of his bottle. "I don't get paid enough for this."
