Naoki is the most obedient. For all his wildness, he recognizes as well as any other demon that Lucifer is stronger than him by far. With Naoki Lucifer has no need to command, merely suggest, and Naoki will be on his lap or between his thighs. He is not self-effacing, he is proud of his abilities and how far he's come, but he understands Lucifer's superiority.
Raidou is more cold than that. With Raidou Lucifer has to work at coaxing him into his bed, every time. It's not that they don't both enjoy themselves, but Raidou was taught by his family to avoid such activities and focus his energies on more productive things like training. How annoying. Sex is worthwhile in itself, if done correctly.
Aleph is the only one Lucifer will allow to take him as often as he does the same to him, because Aleph is his equal. More than that, he knows that Aleph will never think of using it against him. Aleph is the one who enjoys remaining in bed with him after the act is long done, speaking of meaningless things or merely running his hands through his hair. Their arrangement is not quite like that of normal lovers, but with Aleph it comes close.
