Evangeline is no stranger to being messy after a hookup with an Abnormality. It's why she wears absorbent underwear to work. The fluid they're supposed to be absorbing is blood and not come, but it functions the same either way.

But come doesn't cling to her walls like the residue from her encounter with Fairy Gentleman does. It wobbles when she moves, sloshing inside her, but it's already been two hours with no signs of her emptying out on her own.
